Welcome to my website! Finding a therapist is difficult, especially if you’re struggling with your mental health. What sets me apart is my dedication to providing excellent, evidence-based care where my clients can express and exist in a judgement-free zone. As an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I offer a number of different helpful resources for people 18+ who are suffering from mental illness including individual and group therapy.     DBT groups provide a supportive environment where clients learn and practice DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Counseling for Stress, Depression, Anxiety
